Cube Entertainment's latest girl group who is very well known for their bubbly concept, A Pink, finally returns with another new album entitled "Secret Garden" which is their 3rd Mini Album thus far. Returning with only 6 members after Yookyung left the group, they managed to still pull off a strong comeback satisfying their growing fan base.
I have to admit their new title song "No No No" did not really give out a strong first impression but the song actually grew on me after giving it a listen for several more times. Their concept has always been all feminine and bubbly but I was actually expecting more since they showed their sexy appeal in "Hush." Apart from the music video being rather normal according to their standards, I have to admit they are actually getting a lot prettier these days. Chorong and Bomi actually look like they are one of the youngest members, no offence to Hayoung and Namjoo. Naeun the visual, is finally getting my attention as well as she looks exceptionally gorgeous in the video. Lastly and definitely not the least, Eunji still amazes me with her vocals, no doubt.
I do not really know what they are really talking about in their new music video except that as usual, they are just having fun as a group and the bond they have made is as strong as ever - pretty solid there.
Although their genre is really not what I normally go for, I have to congratulate them for sticking to the conventional K-Pop style from their songs to the way they shoot their music videos. They are indeed one of the few groups out there trying their hardest to preserve K-Pop especially in this era where foreign influences are acting both beneficial and otherwise. Kudos to the lovely girls of A Pink!
